In The Studio
My artistic practice often centres on the animation of objects and other-than-human entities. I use this as a means of exploring the latent vitality of the world around us, while also giving form to its inherent absurdity - observing everyday objects in ways that usually escape our attention as they express and transform themselves. These studio birds are a demonstration of these lateral possibilities.
